Clean Spree LLC — Terms & Conditions
By subscribing to Clean Spree LLC services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions outlined below.
Service Description
Clean Spree LLC provides residential trash and recycling bin valet services for single-family homes, apartment communities, and homeowners associations (HOAs). Services include curbside bin
placement and optional bin return based on the service plan selected at checkout.
Services apply to city-provided trash, recycling, and yard debris bins only. Clean Spree LLC does not haul, remove, or dispose of trash.
Service Options
Curbside Only — $40/month
Bins are moved from the customer’s designated storage area to the street pickup location in front of the
home on scheduled municipal collection days.
Curbside & Return — $60/month
Bins are moved to the street pickup location and returned to the designated storage area after municipal pickup.
Bin return service is only provided to customers enrolled in the Curbside & Return plan.
Service Schedule
Bins are placed at the street pickup location the evening before or early morning of scheduled municipal collection days.
Clean Spree LLC does not guarantee specific placement or return times and is not responsible for any fines, citations, or HOA penalties.
Holidays & No-Service Weeks
Clean Spree LLC does not perform valet service during the week of the following holidays:

Independence Day

Labor Day

Veterans Day

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Day
No valet service will be performed during the holiday week.
Services will resume the following week according to the regular service schedule.
This policy applies regardless of whether municipal trash collection is delayed, rescheduled, or operates later in the week.
No refunds, credits, or make-up services will be issued for holiday weeks.
Customer Responsibilities
Bins must be accessible, properly prepared, and compliant with city and HOA rules.
Missed Service
Missed service due to access issues is not eligible for refunds or credits.
Service Errors & Make-Up Policy
In the event Clean Spree LLC fails to provide curb placement due to company error, Clean Spree LLC may, at its discretion, offer a service credit or schedule a make-up service. Refunds are not provided for missed or delayed service.
Customers must notify Clean Spree LLC by phone or email within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled service time to be eligible for any credit or make-up service.
Safety, Pets & Liability
Customers must secure pets. Clean Spree LLC is not responsible for injuries to persons or pets.
Gates & Fences
Clean Spree LLC is not responsible for damage to gates or fences and does not guarantee gates will be fully secured after service.
Weather & Unsafe Conditions
Service may be suspended due to severe or unsafe conditions including, but not limited to:

Hurricanes

Flooding
-
Snow or ice
-
Freezing temperatures

High winds
Service may be suspended due to unsafe weather. No refunds for weather-related suspensions
Clean Spree may suspend service due to severe weather conditions deemed unsafe for staff. Whenever possible, residents and property management will be notified at least 24 hours in advance. In cases of sudden or emergency weather conditions, notice may be provided same-day. Suspended services will resume on the next scheduled service day unless otherwise communicated.
Property Damage
Clean Spree LLC is not responsible for incidental property damage related to bin movement.
Billing & Payments
Services are billed monthly in advance.
Cancellations
Fourteen (14) days notice required prior to next billing cycle.
Company Rights
Clean Spree LLC may suspend or cancel service for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or operational necessity.
