Service Errors, Refunds & Credits Policy
In the event Clean Spree LLC fails to provide curb placement due to company error, Clean Spree LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a service credit or schedule a make-up service. Refunds are not for missed or delayed service.
Customers must notify Clean Spree LLC by phone or email within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled service time to be eligible for any credit or make-up service.
All sales are final. Service credits, if issued, apply to future billing cycles only and have no cash value.
"Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. All subscription fees are non-refundable — no refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods."
