Clean Spree Totes – Rental Policy
Rental Period
All tote rentals are for a period of 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your moving needs. Extended rental periods may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Minimum Order
A minimum of 20 totes is required for all rentals.
Pricing
Rental pricing varies based on the number of totes rented. Packages are available to fit different home sizes and moving needs.
Security Deposit
A $100 refundable deposit is required for all orders.
- The deposit will be fully refunded once all totes are returned or picked up in acceptable condition.
- Deductions will be made for any lost, damaged, or excessively dirty totes.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on the customer's statement
Lost or Damaged Totes
Customers will be charged $10 per tote for any totes that are lost or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
- These charges will be deducted directly from the security deposit.
- If damages exceed the deposit amount, the customer is responsible for the remaining balance.
Delivery & Pickup
We offer delivery and pickup services within Charleston, SC and surrounding areas.
- Delivery dates and times will be scheduled in advance.
- Customers must ensure totes are accessible and ready at the agreed pickup time.
Care & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining totes in good condition during the rental period.
- Do not expose totes to extreme heat, fire, or hazardous materials.
- Do not overload totes or place items that may cause cracking or damage.
Late Returns
Late returns beyond the agreed rental period may result in additional rental charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before delivery to receive a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
